Richard ist ein sehr sympathischer und professioneller Pilot. Für meinen Sohn war es sein erst Flug, Richard hat alles super verständlich erklärt und hat uns mit viel Detail durch den ganzen Prozess von Startvorbereitung bis Landung geführt. Auch ein spontaner Überflug unseres Wohnortes wurde durch ihn möglich gemacht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder mit Richard abheben!
