From first contact to leaving the 'plane everything with Alex has been well communicated, well planned and well executed. We had a fantastic day which we hope to repeat. Alex, we really appreciate everything you did and the care you took in doing it, including dealing with the unexpected such as de-icing the frost from the whole 'plane before flying.
