Excellent throughout. Once our flight request was accepted, Tony was in contact to introduce himself and quick to respond to a couple of preflight queries. Then on the day, he was great - friendly, helpful and unhurried...and then the flight across London and back following the river, over and with views of all the landmarks you could wish to see, was fantastic. OMG, this chopper flight from Denham across to London, over the Thames, seeing the iconic city from above was absolutely fabulous. Pilot Tony was so professional with the craft & care for us. We flew from Australia for this flight. It beats a Hop on Hop off bus ride. Yes, I recommend this experience.
