We surprised my 18 year old daughter today for her birthday with a 30 min flight over london with her 80 yr old grandparents. The whole experience from start to finish was fab, great communication, lovely staff at the office Amanda the Operations Assistant and Simon the pilot were very helpful and welcoming from the start and Simon was great explaining what was going to happen and during the flight. We had a lady pilot who made our flying experience exceptional. She had a fantastic sense of humour and her sightseeing commentary was interesting and we learnt so much. A truly lovely approachable person and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for such a memorable hour, one that we will never forget.
