We surprised my 18 year old daughter today for her birthday with a 30 min flight over london with her 80 yr old grandparents. The whole experience from start to finish was fab, great communication, lovely staff at the office Amanda the Operations Assistant and Simon the pilot were very helpful and welcoming from the start and Simon was great explaining what was going to happen and during the flight.
