Wow what an amazing day! We had booked a return IOW trip for my son's 13th birthday & were lucky both with the weather and also our pilot too - Stephen's communication pre-booking day had been great and on the morning he met us his friendly demeanour instantly put both of us at ease, allowing a flow of questions and conversations throughout the trip. Thoroughly enjoyable day out with Stephen to the IOW. Great pilot, friendly and a super personality. Excellent communications.
