This is a perfect excursion for a day out for walkers who love amazing cliff walks and sandy coves and pretty cottages all on a circular 4.5mile walk. The flight there takes us over Beize Norton, then down to the coast near Sidmouth where we fly along the coast taking in the amazing views of the beaches, cliffs and bays. Direct flight to Swansea for lunch then return
Great day out with Willie flight to Swansea and back from Brackley. I did pilots licence some 30 years ago having learnt navigation with a map and compass. move forward to 2025 and it is all on a display for the pilot to dial in, with moving maps. Autopilot as well. Willie took the aircraft off autopilot on way back and I flew the old fashioned way it was hard work maintaining heading and height. The aircraft a Piper Cherokee Warrior is immaculate for its age.
