About Kris

I fly general aviation from Ostend-Bruges Airport, and most of my flying takes place across Belgium and neighboring regions. General aviation gives me the freedom to operate efficiently between a wide range of airports, each with its own procedures, airspace, and operational character. In addition to Belgian airports, I regularly fly to various destinations in the Netherlands and France, as well as further afield to Zurich Airport and Hamburg Airport. These flights highlight what I value most about general aviation: flexibility, planning, and direct involvement in every aspect of the flight. Flying light aircraft requires discipline, preparation, and constant situational awareness. From departure to shutdown, the responsibility rests entirely with the pilot, and that is exactly what makes general aviation so rewarding to me. Each airport and route adds experience, reinforces good decision-making, and keeps flying purposeful and engaging.
