About Johan

Hi, I’m Johan — a 54-year-old pilot based in Antwerp, Belgium. I typically fly out of Breda International Airport (EHSE), mostly in a sleek JMB VL3. I'm licensed under both Belgian and French ultralight authorities, and I also hold an EASA PPL SEP(L). My love for aviation began in childhood, inspired by visits to airshows and local airfields with my father. Although I started flying later in life, I’ve more than made up for it since. I’ve logged over 500 flight hours, primarily on the VL3, with additional experience on the DR400 and Tecnam P2008. Flying is more than a hobby for me — it’s a true passion, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than sharing that joy with others. Whether you'd like to experience your first flight or just enjoy the skies from a new perspective, I’d be happy to take you along.
