I got my Private Pilot Licence when I was 17, and my passion brought me to work as an air traffic controller based in Lugano. From the very first contact, communication with Guido was excellent. He replied promptly, and gave us a warm welcome at the Lugano Airport terminal. He even remembered our names and spoke fluent English. Guido took his time with us and gave clear instructions, which immediately made us feel safe. An absolutely recommendable experience. The flight route is perfect to get a whole different view on the whole northern lake area. Communication with Guido was pleasant and efficient at the same time. The flight was super smooth, there's been great trust in Guido's experience. We're happy, if theres another opportunity to do a different tour with him.
