Buongiorno ladies and gentlemen, welcome on board! My name is Guido Rivolta, I’m 31 and I have always been in love with aviation. I got my Private Pilot Licence when I was 17, and my passion brought me to work as an air traffic controller based in Lugano. Diesen Flug mit Guido kann ich wärmstens Empfehlen. Guido ist professionel, zuverlässig und wahnsinnig Sympathisch. Wir wurden mit bester Laune empfangen und zum Flugzeug begleitet. Uns wurde alles erklärt bezüglich Sicherheit im Flugzeug und wie wir uns verhalten sollen im Falle wenn. Während des Fluges wurde uns viel gezeigt und auch erklärt wo wir uns gerade befinden. Englisch war verständlich und wir konnten uns bestens Verständigen. Jederzeit wieder und jederzeit mit Guido

From the very first contact, communication with Guido was excellent. He replied promptly, and gave us a warm welcome at the Lugano Airport terminal. He even remembered our names and spoke fluent English. Guido took his time with us and gave clear instructions, which immediately made us feel safe.
