Florian ist ein äußerst kompetenter und liebenswürdiger Pilot. Wir konnten mi ihm sehr gut den passenden Tag und die Route abstimmen. Er war von Anfang an unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll. Meine Mama sitzt im Rollstuhl und es war überhaupt kein Problem, dass mein Mann und ich bis zum Flugzeug mitgehen durften, um ihr beim Einsteigen zu helfen. Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht über unser Zuhause und dem Seengebiet. Mit unserem Piloten Michael sind meine Frau und ich sehr sehr zufrieden.
