Hallo, we zijn met ons 11-jarige neefje gaan vliegen en het had niet beter kunnen zijn met Lorenzo, onze piloot: een complete verwennerij! Hij heeft alle vragen van ons neefje beantwoord en alles heel goed en op zijn leeftijd afgestemd uitgelegd. We hadden meteen het volste vertrouwen in Lorenzo en voelden ons in de beste handen.
