It should also be noted that light aircraft can undergo maintenance at the last minute, leading to postponements or cancellations.

If your flight is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled date, your request will automatically be sent to all the other available pilots in the chosen area so that another pilot can take it over without you having to go through the whole process of finding another flight again.

If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the selected date, you will be automatically refunded in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Your pilot can be easily contacted before booking by sending them a message on the page of the flight in question by clicking "Contact pilot". After buying or being gifted a gift card, simply redeem it in your account (gift card received after a failed booking are automatically redeemed). When you find a flight that you like, click book the flight and all your redeemed gift cards' credit will be automatically applied upon payment.
