Richard ist sehr sympathisch und kümmert sich bestens um seine Passagiere. Er erklärt die überflogene Gegend und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sein Flugstil ist sicher und ruhig, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Er fragt auch zwischendurch immer mal nach dem Befinden und ob alles okay ist. Ich würde sofort wieder mit ihm fliegen.
