Von Beginn an war schon der telefonische und mail-Kontakt freundlich und verbindlich :) Sehr herzlicher Empfang am Flughafen auf Norderney durch Marcel. Er gab uns umfassende Informationen zum Flug über die Ostfriesischen Inseln und hatte auch Zeit für offene Fragen. Der Rundflug über die ostfriesischen Inseln ist ein absolutes Highlight. Super netter und erfahrener Pilot. Hat viel erklärt. Man konnte auch immer Fragen stellen. Würde immer wieder mit ihm fliegen.
