Nach dem Start in Strausberg wird auf nördlichem Kurs nach wenigen Minuten das Schiffshebewerk Niederfinow überflogen und rechts erkennt man den Parsteiner See. Nach Überflug des Wolletzsees sieht man auch schon den Oberuckersee und den Unteruckersee südlich vor Prenzlau.
