Description
We will start with a quick safety overview at the airfield before going out to check the plane over. We will depart from sandtoft flying out over the M180 before turning right to go over scunthorpe, we will then fly direct to the humber bridge and then along the south bank of the river where we will see Lindsey oil refinery (see where your local fuel comes from) further along the river we come across immingham docks, then eventually into Grimsby. Sightseeing flight: Birds eye view of Sheffield
Mark is a lovely pilot, he was calm and very capable. I took the kids up (two girls ages 11 & 9). It was their first time in a light aircraft. Initially they were nervous but after half way through the one hour flight they calmed down, took plenty of photos and looked out the windows at the sights Mark was pointing out. My youngest loved it and said her favourite part was when the plane banked over and she could see the ground.
