Un grand merci à Ludovic qui m'a permis d'apprécier ce vol alors que j'étais très inquiète. Il a fait preuve de beaucoup d'attention, de professionnalisme et de bienveillance. Très sérieux et responsable lorsqu' il a fait le choix d'écourter le vol alors que la météo semblait se dégrader.
