Die Kommunikation mit Elena verlief bereits im Vorfeld absolut unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Lt. Aussage der Beschenkten war dies auch die ganze Flugzeit über so und Elena ging toll auf die Routenwünsche der Beschenkten ein. Einen erneuten Rundflug werden wir wieder bei Elena buchen!!!
