Mum finally used her voucher today that we bought for her 80th birthday. Dale greeted us with much humour which mum really appreciated. She was instantly put at ease. Being able to take her partner too was fabulous. They were both like giggling kids. The whole team at the airport were great with us. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend anyone looking at this to go with Dale. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!

Dale is an excellent communicator, he took my Dad and Son up for a flight on a glorious Easter Sunday, they had such an amazing experience. Dad will likely go again, it absolutely made his 90th Birthday! Dale is a fantastic bloke, very friendly and chatty, Dad said he made the flight his most memorable. 110%
