Der Flug mit Mario war super. Er war sehr nett, es gab eine sehr gute Kommunikation, schon während des Chats und auch am Tag des Fluges. Er hat die Route problemlos nach unseren Wünschen angepasst. Prima. Mario, weiter so 👍🏻

Vielen Dank für alles. Es hat alles super geklappt obwohl unser Flug fast an dem Tag nicht stattgefunden hätte. Aber es wurde umgehend ein super Ersatz gefunden. Für uns war dieser Flug genau an diesem Tag so wichtig und es war einfach traumhaft.
