Max war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und hat uns mit seiner ruhigen und routinierten Art sofort ein sicheres Gefühl gegeben. Bevor es losging, hat er uns ausführlich die Flugroute, das Flugzeug und die Sehenswürdigkeiten entlang der Strecke erklärt.
