You have up to 24 hours before the flight date to cancel the flight via your Wingly account. If the pilot cancels the flight for any reason, your payment method would be reinstated. If you paid by credit card it would be refunded and if paid by gift card it would be recredited and can be used again immediately.

Your pilot can be easily contacted before booking by sending them a message on the page of the flight in question by clicking "Contact pilot". After a booking has been made and accepted, you will be able to message them via your account and you will receive their contact number so that you may discuss further details and keep in contact closer to the flight date.

After buying or receiving a gift card, you can redeem the gift card in your Wingly account. When you find your ideal flight, you can simply enter your unique gift card code during the flight checkout process.

A cost shared flight is conducted by a local private pilot. The flight is non-commercial in nature and not an air taxi service. The pilot is sharing their passion for flying with you while also paying for an equal share of the flight costs.
