MBB models

The Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm GmbH (MBB) was one of the largest German aerospace and defense corporations. Among its most well-known products were the helicopter models Bo 105 and BK 117. In 1989, the Daimler-Benz subsidiary DASA acquired MBB. The present MBB SE, however, is not a direct successor to the "old" MBB but acquired its name through the takeover of a former subsidiary, MBB Gelma Industrieelektronik GmbH.
