We had a fantastic time flying with our pilot, Anne-Marie. She was very friendly and informative, pointing out all the key landmarks around London. The whole team was very welcoming, which made the experience great. The views were incredible — we would definitely do it again!

We surprised my 18 year old daughter today for her birthday with a 30 min flight over london with her 80 yr old grandparents. The whole experience from start to finish was fab, great communication, lovely staff at the office Amanda the Operations Assistant and Simon the pilot were very helpful and welcoming from the start and Simon was great explaining what was going to happen and during the flight. Excellent service in the run up and during the day. Geoff in the office couldn't have done more to be as calm, helpful and reassuring as possible, and both pilots gave us excellent flights. We will definitely be back to do again!
