I work in the aviation industry and fly in my spare time. While studying at Durham University, I spent three years studying for my PPL. Hope to be able to share some great flights now that I have my licence.

What a day! Ranulph took me and my girlfriend around Durham and over Newcastle as a surprise for her birthday. It was incredible and we couldn't have hoped for a better pilot. He flew wherever he wanted us to, while making sure we had seen as many great views as possible and showing us what flying a plane entails and walking us through how talking to traffic control works. It was an incredible day and one not to forget!!

I booked this as a Christmas present for my mother and a friend. Ranulph responded to email questions promptly and clearly. My mum had a lovely sightseeing flight with ranulph pointing out various attractions. The weather changed the flight plan but ranulph filled in the full trip and a nice smooth landing too despite the cross wind! Would recommend.

Truly an amazing experience. Great idea if you're planning a romantic surprise for your significant other. Ranulph was an absolute gentleman. Punctual, well mannered, super helpful. During the flight, you could hear all communications between Ranulph & the flight tower, where he explained what was happening & his responsibilities as a pilot, which was an amazing insight.
