Über Rob
Hi I’m an IT systems manager working for a bank in London, with a long standing passion for aeroplanes and flying. I have held a PPL since 1997 and have IR(R) (allows me to fly in poorer weather) and night ratings (allows me to fly at night). I own a small share in a 4 seat Piper PA28 Cherokee 180 Challenger based at Southend Airport. I fly every couple of weeks and would be happy to cost share sightseeing or land away breakfast/lunch trips, perhaps even multi-day trips. I have flown myself all over the UK and Europe over the last 23 years. Important note - Please message me first to arrange a date for any flight you see offered here. I am a part owner of the aircraft and it is often booked out weeks in advance by other group members, and I am not always available. Thanks, Rob

Southend to Shoreham (return) for a spot of lunch
I booked a flight with Rob for my dad’s birthday & had the best experience ever! Rob & his partner were so friendly and easy-going & the views from the flight were amazing. Will definitely be recommending Rob to my friends & family as we had such a lovely day out. Thank you!!

Southend to Shoreham (return) for a spot of lunch
My son, my mother and myself all had a fabulous day in the company of our pilot Rob yesterday, flying from Southend to Shoreham, with lunch at the Art Deco building. Rob made us feel comfortable and at ease from the off. My son, who is a budding pilot, was also able to take advantage of Rob's wealth of knowledge and experience and ask lots of questions/gain more experience. I would highly recommend flying with Rob. A really lovely day out was had by all!
