From the very first contact, communication with Guido was excellent. He replied promptly, and gave us a warm welcome at the Lugano Airport terminal. An absolutely recommendable experience. The flight route is perfect to get a whole different view on the whole northern lake area. Communication with Guido was pleasant and efficient at the same time. The flight was super smooth, there's been great trust in Guido's experience. We're happy, if theres another opportunity to do a different tour with him.
