Take-off from Shobdon Airfield and fly across the Brecon Beacons. Try to spot all the most famous points in the National Park - on a clear day, you may even see the Welsh coastline. Make sure to bring your camera and catch the mountain range from a whole new perspective!

Hi, I am an enthusiastic pilot who loves to explore new locations, this year has been challenging with Covid but highlights were Outer Hebrides, Scilly Isles, plus various locations in Devon and Cornwall. I am lucky enough to own my own Cirrus SR22 which is fast, comfortable and extremely well equipped. It is air conditioned for the few really hot days we get in the UK. I am semi retired so always up for a trip. Looking forward to planning trips to Channel Islands and France in the not too dista...

Excursion flight to Snowdonia and Llŷn Peninsula
6 stars. Our flight with Mike was just perfect. It was a much-needed treat for one of our party of three who is going through a hard time, and she loved it. Mike established an exact flight plan to fit in some places we particularly wanted to see. The aircraft is beautifully comfortable and well-equipped with advanced avionics. Mike gave us interesting commentary from start to finish. The weather happened to be perfectly glorious. It was an altogether wonderful experience.

Channel Islands day trip by plane
We chose to fly to Alderney for a 60th birthday treat and were fortunate to have a full day on the island. Mike, our pilot made the trip perfect. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and accommodating. Mike explained all the details of flying and the landscape we were flying over. He was clearly passionate about flying which made our trip hugely enjoyable.

Excursion flight to Snowdonia and Llŷn Peninsula
An excellent flight, but shame that the promised one and a half hour flight over Snowdonia with a landing at Caernarfon turned into a one hour flight without a landing that did not get as far. Feeling rather cheated.
