From the first contact to the last minute Albert was very friendly and professional. The day of the flight we immedietly felt confortable and safe, before the take off he take time to explains the differents steps and stay available to answer any questions. During the flight he is reassuring wich can be useful for a first time. The trip and views was awesome, a real pleasure to have shared this moment with him. Thank you so much Albert!
