Über Kirk
Hello aviators! My name is Kirk (Captain Kirk if you like) and I am a commercial pilot, flying recreationally out of Sandtoft airfield (EGCF). Having been in and out of the cockpit since I was 4 years old, flying is my greatest passion and I intend to provide an exciting experience for any passengers that would like to join me on my flights. Whether it is your first time in a light aircraft or simply a more cost effective method of getting up into the skies, I am here to share this passion and contribute to the accessibility of aviation for all in a safe and competent manner. I am currently progressing towards the next stage of my journey in aviation as well as working for the esteemed airline Jet2.com. I am afforded some degree of flexibility with this, however I do ask that when making booking requests a few dates around the time of wanting to fly are provided so I am able to best accommodate the flight going ahead. I have also added an instrument rating to my license, greatly enhancing my skills and competency as a pilot and facilitating flight in poorer weather, should it occur. If you have any queries on the process, weather, safety and/ or anything else please get in touch. Furthermore, my routes can be flexible providing safety and guidelines/ rules are adhered to, or I could create a custom flight plan if that is more suitable. I have a Class 2 Medical (valid until 29/10/2029) I have a LAPL Medical (valid until 29/10/2029)

Sightseeing flight over Bridlington and the white cliffs
Very happy with our flight and with Kirk. Will definitely book with him again. After a welcome and some brief safety points we flew up to Bridlington and had a great view of the cliffs at Flamborough. We were lucky for great weather and visibility but we would feel confident with Kirk flying even in poor weather conditions. A* Will recommend and fly again.

Sightseeing flight over Bridlington and the white cliffs
Flew with Kirk up to Bridlington to see the cliffs. We even got to see our house on the way home. The flight was fantastic, this was our first time in a small aircraft, so to say we were nervous would be an under statement. Not now, this little trip has relieved us of all anxiety of flight. I will never be worried again. Kirk was polite and friendly, but also very composed and professional. Can't wait until our next venture. Would highly recommend to anyone. Nick and Shel

Sightseeing flight over Bridlington and the white cliffs
It was the perfect gift for my husband's 80th Birthday. Kirk was friendly, helpful, experienced and efficient He took off so smoothly and flew across country to the coast where he flew above the white cliffs giving us a perfect aerial view of an area my husband had only seen from the sea before. We flew over The Humber estuary on the way back and landed as smoothly as the take off. What a fantastic experience. Kirk was so professional from the first message with our route requests to meeting us at the airfield and delivering them on the day. I have always wanted to fly over my home and hometown and Kirk made sure this happened for us. We won't hesitate to book again. Thank you Kirk!
