5* I highly recommend Ken as a pilot. I highly recommend the experience. Ken was brilliant from start to finish. He communicated perfectly firstly to confirm the booking. Then on the day of flight, he gave very clear instructions on how to get to the airport/hanger. During the flight, again he was clear in communication, and me and my partner had a real laugh with him once we got in the air. He also explained lots of things, around the locations we were flying over, also information on the plan...
