We fly West and around the control zone for Birmingham, then head NW towards and over the little airfield of Welshpool, which will also be our diversion airfield should the weather prevent us flying over the Snowdonia Hills and Mountains. We then let down over Caernarfon Bay and enter the circuit for Caernarfon airfield, traveling along the Menai Strait as we enter downwind leg for runway 25.
